Blues fans love the excitement, energy, and fast-paced, hard-hitting intensity of Blues hockey. So we set out to show fans that Blues Checking creates opportunities to bring all the excitement of Blues hockey into your everyday life. 

  • DRIVING AWARENESS

    In order to gain the same level of consumer confidence that big banks generate through their always-on marketing presence, we needed to start showing up in a big way. If Scott Credit Union was to be trusted, they needed to first become more familiar and well-known. We leveraged high-reach tactics to reach Blues Fans in a meaningful way. During our campaign , we grew aided awareness by 21%.

  • CHANGING PERCEPTION

    In order to seriously consider switching from their current bank to Scott Credit Union, consumers needed to trust that Scott Credit Union was just as capable of handling their banking needs as their current bank. And the Blues helped give the brand the credibility it deserved. During our campaign, consumer perceptions of Scott Credit Union as a sophisticated banking option rose by 7%.

  • GROWING THE BUSINESS

    Knowing that most people looking for a new bank are looking for new checking accounts, we specifically targeted checking account acquisition. Over the course of our campaign we drove a 22% increase in new Blues Checking accounts and a whopping 64% increase in net-new memberships.
